We are a distinct culinary tour company, dedicated to bring the authenticity.
Our packages focus on connection to people and places, to their history, landscapes, food and tradition.
We have high standards as far as accommodation. Many of the the hotels we work with, are recognized worldwide and voted regularly by Conde Nast travel and travel & Leisure Magazines readers.
They are mostly privately owned and we choose them by the way their style reflects the region. Often each room is different. We know the owners, the mangers, the chefs, the massage therapists, the front desk and the driver. It’s a tough job to explore magnificent places but somebody has to do it for you. 
We have been involved in tourism for nearly two decades.  We are proud members of the world leading travel organizations. For us it’s not a job, it’s a way of life. We believe the true way to   experience a place is to meet and interact with its people.

Our philosophy is to provide a top quality, one of a kind, authentic experience for total immersion, to explore the local culture and cuisine. To mingle in the markets and piazzas. To eat in the village Trattoria or bistro, visit a family of wine makers or cheese artisan.

The founder
Our  founder , Mrs. Palace, has a fascinating family history dates back to to 15th century renaissance Europe. Her family members played an important role in the courts of Spain, Morocco, Amsterdam Paris, Venice and London in diplomacy and commerce. The talent for languages and cultures passed on in the family:  French, English, Spanish, Arabic and Hebrew. The influence   of fresh and seasonal, spices and herbs dominates her kitchen.  A mix of North -African – Mediterranean.

Throughout the years she has taken countless courses, enrichments and trips to stay update in travel, trends and technology. She holds a certificate of tourism from the state of New York since 1991, and from the Israel ministry of tourism, where she spent 7 years of working as a travel coordinator with foreign entities. Her professional experience is a mix of corporate and leisure travel. But her true love was planning a full itinerary for her clients based on her explorations and the love of sharing it with others.    Mrs. Palace claims that the key for her success with her clients is   being “friends” and advisor at the same time.
