Some of the finest chefs of France have come from this region, and the kitchens of Provence are legendary the world over. Our teaching chef has a passion for regional produce. The market stalls of this sun-drenched area of Provence offer some of the finest selections of seasonal fruit and vegetables in the Mediterranean. This is the rich palate and foundation for our cooking courses. Some of the dishes you will cook: Roasted tuna with mango and papaya, java’s Rabbit, shrimp flan, marinated scallops, and Provençal lamb casserole.

The Mas features six guest bedrooms all with top quality double beds, bathrooms en-suite and individually controlled electric heat and air conditioning.

The living room is spacious and light and leads out on to a vast upper terrace. The terrace has its own covered seating area and panoramic views of the sea. As you sit back and relax on the terrace you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Bay of Cannes.
