The hotel is situated between Umbria and Tuscany, close to Lake Trasimeno. A group of buildings which once served as a country residence of the local aristocracy and were transformed only in 1989 to a charming hotel.

The owners Filipo & Rosi Iannarone offer charm and tranquility together with courtesy and distinction. Chef Nicola Fanfano creates fabulous seasonal menus featuring the wonderfully simple, flavor packed dishes for which the region is famous. Inspired by the myth of the nearby Muserale valley, where Apollo relished the arts of the nine goddesses, “Le Muse” spa& beauty farm has been designed for guests who appreciate privacy and personal attention and offers more than a hundred different massages, esthetic treatments and relaxation.

Villa di Monte Solare proposes a seven day program (six overnights) including cooking classes, two wine tastings at one of Umbrias and Tuscany well-known producers and three gourmet dinners at the restaurant “Dolium”. The latter will be accompanied by selected Umbrian wines from the villa’s distinguished selection and competent service by our sommelier.
