Travel Terms &Conditions

The purchase of any travel services offered by Food N wine Vacations, Inc, constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Food N Wine Vacations, Inc, and represents your acceptance of Food N wine Vacations, Inc terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully these terms & conditions prior to booking.

Tour Price

Prices are person based on double occupancy. Single room supplement apply when applicable.

Deposit &Final payment

A non-refundable deposit of $1500.00, per person, is required to reserve a space in any program. Reservation is not confirmed until receipt of deposit by Food N Wine Vacations, Inc, and a receipt of a signed booking form and/or credit card authorization form .You will then receive a confirmation invoice.

Food N Wine Vacations, Inc accepts Visa, master cards and checks.

Final payment is due 90 days prior the first day of the tour/program. If final payment is not received by due date, reservation may be cancelled.

Reservations made 90 days prior to the first day of travel must be paid in full.

Pricing

Food N wine vacations, Inc reserve the right to re-calculate prices due to fluctuations in the market and exchange rates.  

Cancellation policy

Deposit and final payment are non refundable

Food N Wine vacations Inc may cancel a program for any reason. In the event of cancelling a program by Food N Wine vacations, Inc, its only obligation to participants is to refund all monies collected from the client for the specific program.  

Refunds and adjustments

There will be no refunds or adjustments for unused portion of the tour. In case of a problem you must notify your local host or make Food N wine Vacations aware while you are in the program.

Travel insurance

We highly recommend protecting your investment by purchasing travel insurance.

Transfers

Where transfers are included, there is one scheduled group transfer for arrival and departure at a designated time and place. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to be at the transfer point and time.

Visas and passports

It is the tour participant responsibility to obtain a valid passport and to pay for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirement and for any document required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of the countries he/she will visit. Non-us Citizens are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.

Liability disclaimer

Food N wine Vacations, Inc and its representatives, act only as an intermediary for the suppliers, services associated with the tour. Food N wine Vacations, Inc does not own or operate any of the vehicles, suppliers, accommodations and services connected to the tour, therefore, the tour participant agrees that neither Food N wine Vacations, Inc nor its affiliates and/or representatives shall be liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damage, accident, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services. Food N Wine Vacations, Inc and its representatives accept no responsibly for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, machinery breakdown quarantine, government restraints, war, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses or damage due to the changes in schedules  or services, o any other cause beyond their control. Food N Wine Vacations, Inc reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries.

Health

The tour/program participant certifies that he/she does not have any condition that will create a hazard for other participants on the subject tour/program. Food N’ Wine Vacations, Inc reserves the right to decline, accept or retain a tour/program participant, whose health or actions impede the operation of the trip or the welfare and enjoyment of the other tour/program participants in the subject tour.

Food N Wine Vacations, Inc cannot accommodate any allergies, dietary needs or restrictions.   

Photography release

The tour participants permits Food N Wine Vacations, Inc to photographs, films, images, text, testimonials of participants for its own commercial use without compensation to participates.

Any dispute related to these terms and conditions or the program itself, directly or indirectly shall be settled solely in the courts of Atlanta Georgia. In such litigation, Georgia law will apply.
