Our specialty is to discover “Gems” In Italy and France:  family owned historic hotels, small chateaux hotels and charming villa hotels in the country, creating culinary vacations and cooking tours  for   a complete cultural immersion. We offer more than a vacation, we offer a lifetime experience.

We visit every program we sell so rest assured someone has done the job for you.

For your convenience, we try to include in our culinary vacations most of the services so you’ll know   what to expect.

As part of our customer service vision, we do not charge up front booking fees or late booking fees.
